I Heart Jace T-Shirts

If you are considering buying a t-shirt you probably understand what is going on with Jace. As his parents, we patiently await for Jace's heart to grow stronger and for a successful heart transplant.

This past August several family members sported these t-shirts on a Heart Walk for the Mended Little Hearts of Chicago organization. The past few days, Nikki and I have worn our I Heart Jace shirts here at the hospital and several staff members wanted one. Thankfully, Custom Ink keeps the designs on our account, so with a few clicks we are able to order again.

We kept the cost of the t-shirts at the minimum allowed by CustomInk. Any proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House down the street from Lurie. RMH provides a ton of support to families in situations like ours. For the minimal hours we sleep now, RMH provides us with a beautiful room here in the hospital where we can rest. We have also stayed at the Ronal McDonald House several days while Jace was recovering from his last two surgeries. The RMH is truly amazing. It is a place were we were able to stay as a family. Marek & Mirelle loved every minute we were there.
