shirt will show those in need that they are not alone. That you are
someone who is against mental health stigma, and you believe that
suicide can be prevented, one caring conversation at a time.
IMAlive is a live online network that uses instant messaging to respond to people in crisis. People need a safe place to go during moments of crisis and intense emotional pain. We are the first online crisis service with 100% of its professionally supervised volunteers trained in crisis intervention.

The stigma that is associated with mental illness by society needs to cease so that people with mental illnesses are able to seek the help they need without feeling shamed. One way of accomplishing this is through awareness and education.
