This is a free resource that helps active and retired First Responders and their families connect with mental health support. Through safe and confidential retreats, First Responders’ Bridge promotes healing, personal growth, and stronger relationships. The retreat experience is truly impactful and highly encouraged for anyone who may benefit.

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of our brother, Sgt Matthew Cook, who passed away on December 31, 2025. Matt was more than just a Trooper. He was the kind of friend everyone hopes to have standing beside them. He was a devoted father, significant other, loving son, brother, and nephew, and he never hesitated to show up for the people he loved. We hope to honor his life by making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, just as he did every day by putting everyone else before himself without hesitation.
