About this campaign

Please Wear Red in memory of Alysha's 17 year long battle with CHD and support those children who are still fighting for their lives every single day.

995060_1031593230189675_1078441175592572324_njpg1 in every 100 children are born with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) every year. The month of February was dedicated to mending these little hearts and supporting children that are forced to fight for their lives each and everyday. Even though their strength and determination is more then most, some hearts cannot be mended. Two months ago Women's Tennis Sophomore Kelsi Oliphant's youngest sister Alysha, lost her 17 yearlong fight to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. I ask you to join the Quinnipiac Women's Tennis team to remember Alysha in this memorial match. Please Wear Red in honor of Alysha and also support those who are still fighting their battle against CHD.

Alysha was our cousin. If having to lose her at such a young age can be turned into something positive and help save another child ~ this is the least we could do.

Karen 1 item + $50

Because I cannot imagine loosing a child or sibling at such a young age. Hope we can find a cure.
