About this campaign

Jacie was born July 2013 with HLHS. Basically she has half a heart. It has been quite a journey, with its ups and downs, and we still are not finished. We are selling shirts to fund the Greater Atlanta CHD walk upcoming in May. We not only will be walking for Jacie, but a few of her friends and the few that have passed. CHD is not looked at like most diseases or illnesses, but yet it effects more children than breast cancer in women. Please help support the cause
