Stray, abused, neglected & victims of animal cruelty, these are the reports that animal welfare groups face everyday. As the years go by we had witness the worsening condition of the stray animals in the Philippines. There is an underlying problem that is not currently address to solve the situation, it is the growing population of dogs & cats in the country. And it can only be solved with sterilization and providing information about responsible pet ownership. Most of the pet owners are still not aware of the benefits of neutering and there are no laws regarding pet birth control in the country. This is our goal and this is what we want, a change.
