On Monday January 12th, 2025, we received some devastating news after my nephew Jaysen showed some concerning symptoms. Although suspected, we never could have imagined the diagnosis to come would be our new reality. At just 3 years old, the rambunctious, outspoken, loving, active child that we all love was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The hospital immediately became his second home, as he was admitted right away to undergo life-saving cancer treatment. Cancer, a word no one ever wants to face; is what Sweet Jaysen is fighting. His fight is our fight! We were told this process for treatment takes about 2 and a half years to complete. Some inpatient and a large portion outpatient. With this, Jaysen will need a lot of support and aftercare, medical supplies, frequent doctor appointments, more hospital admissions, etc. The saying is that it takes a village, and right now we need the support of our village. We know that God heals, and he will Beat this! We are raising money for Jaysen’s cancer journey as his parents will not be able to work as they are with their child 24/7 as he fights this deadly disease. Jaysen Loves Sonic, so with the rings, we are waiting for the day, he can ring that bell, and knock the coins out of cancers butt and be cancer free!
