About this campaign
Jerry Tolbert has had many health issues over the years, especially in 2011 when he received a double lung transplant, and he is still battling on his journey back to health. Please support #JerryStrong and purchase a t-shirt or click the "Make a donation" button below to make an additional donation. All of the funds raised will be given to the Tolbert family, who have decided to donate a portion of the funds to Donate Life Wisconsin because they have been a huge part of the Tolbert's lives.
