About this campaign

"The All American" is going to be a film about the brave men who took on the most dangerous duty of World War Two; Flying the B-17 Flying Fortress bomber against enemy fighters and deadly FLAK explosions. It is about how LIFE magazine photographer Margaret Bourke-White became the first woman in American history to fy on a combat mission and how Martha Raye and three other Hollywood actresses arrived at that same base to entertain the troops; the first USO troop in combat. Finally it is about the B-17 known as The All American survived a near fatal encounter with a German fighter and still made it home.
