About this campaign

The visual image and words on this t-shirt will spark personal awareness as well as conversations that put strategies in motion to prioritize maternal mental health leading up to and throughout the month of May which is Mental Health Awareness month as well as Mothers' Day.

As a mother and artist I make my personal journey visible to elevate strategies that have helped me deal with CPTSD from childhood and ongoing trauma in my adult life. I am not alone in my healing journey. Most people experience traumas. We have the power to push back on our culture which constantly dismisses our value, needs and visions for wellness for ourselves and our communities. Join with me to show your intention to lift women and mothers up, for the benefit of all.
