Show your support for the Kootenai County Farmers Market

The Friends of the Kootenai County Farmers Market is a non-profit 501c3 organization registered in the state of ldaho. Our mission is to support and educate the community by promoting access to local sustainable agriculture, arts, and nutrition.

Past donations have been used to fund the Power of Produce (PoP) Club children's program at the market. This program introduces children to locally grown fruits and vegetables and the farmers and gardeners who produce them. Children are presented with a weekly activity and, after completing the activity, are given a token to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, or plants at the market. Additional donations have sponsored a local sports team as well as provide safety and sanitizing equipment to the farmer's market.
