Kindness Always Wins

About this campaign

Our mission is to provide a fun way to inspire others to be kind while combatting negativity with acts of positivity in local communities. In this family-friendly competition, teams will receive a list of random act of kindness “challenges” that involve helping others and bettering the community. From cleaning up trash and writing thank-you notes to carrying groceries to the car, teams will work to cross off challenges to see who has done the most good deeds by the end of the event. Teams use social media to showcase their community impact and encourage others, so follow #TheKindnessRally hashtag on August 18th to see all the postive change created during this rally! The Kindness Rally is a great way to bring the community together for friendly, competitive fun focusing on random acts of kindness and good deeds.

The Kindness Rally is funded soley through donations and sponsorships. The money we raise goes directly into the local communities that host the rallies to support the purchase of supplies, event t-shirts, and the acts of kindness themselves. Each team that participates in The Kindness Rally receives a bag of supplies with things like markers, tape, note cards, sidewalk chalk, etc. which are used to complete some of the kindness challenges. An example of a challenge may be to write a thank-you note to a local community member, clean up trash, or write a positive message with sidewalk chalk. There are also challneges that may cost money, such as to buy a coffee for the person behind you in line. Once supply and t-shirts costs are covered, additional funds raised are distrubuted to all of the participating teams to aid in some of the challenges that have associated costs. This helps teams do as many random acts of kindness as they can in their communities.
