About this campaign

Our family is giving back! Help-A-Heart is a non-profit organization providing emotional and financial support for Iowa families affected by congenital heart disease.

Landry was born at 27 weeks (weighing 1 pound 13 ounces) with a congenital heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia.
