Leon's Eye Surgery

Sweet Leon is a 9-month-old shar pei mix puppy who found himself in dire circumstances in a Texas shelter. Out of time and at risk of being euthanized, he was also in constant pain from a congenital malformation of eyelids in both eyes that causes them to painfully scrape his delicate eye all day long, every day, since birth. 

Once sprung from the shelter, he made his way to Virginia and is now on his way to a very bright future! He'll be ready for his forever home just as soon as he has surgery to correct the eyelid issue. This will end the pain, preserve his vision, and allow him to be the happy, goofy, loveable puppy that he is.
