About this campaign

I have known Tyler Bernstein my entire life. Tyler has been effected by Dilated Cardiomyopathy and with one surgery done, he still has a heart transplant awaiting him. By buying these shirts you are not only showing him support but also raising money for all young patients going through this. All profits are going towards the Pediatric Heart Transplant Society Foundation. PLEASE HELP SUPPORT PHTS Foundation to continue research and support patients.
