Lilimar Hernandez Ruiz, better known as Lilimar was born in Nueva Esparta, Venezuela and is the daughter of Cuban parents. At a very young age, she began showing her passion for the arts and in 2006 moved to Miami, Florida where she studied Modeling at John Casablanca’s Career Center, and took Acting and Communication courses.
Lilimar’s career as a model, actress, and host came to reality doing films, national and international commercials, multiple music videos, multiple television appearances, TV pilots, webisodes, and voice-over and dubbing, print and runway work.
Currently she is in Los Angeles playing the role of Sophie in Bella and the Bulldogs. However, she has been in multiple films, TV, and webiso projects and has won an Imagen Award for Best Young Actress in a Television Series.
In her spare time, Lilimar practices swimming and dance, and volunteers at various community events such as “Hear the Runway Foundation Inc” in their mission to increase self-esteem for teens that are deaf & hearing impaired and Alfombrita Roja Inc. and its “National Campaign Combating Bullying and Childhood Obesity” in the Florida area.
About the Be Good to Each Other Campaign
CustomInk’s sixth annual Be Good to Each Other campaign raises funds and awareness for bullying prevention in support of PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center. This campaign unites people of all ages by encouraging them to take a stand against bullying in all forms, by promoting kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.

Founded in 2006, PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center unites, engages, and educates communities nationwide to address bullying through creative, relevant, and interactive resources. This October marks the 10-year anniversary of National Bullying Prevention Month, which was established by PACER as a time for communities to join together and raise awareness of bullying prevention through events, activities, and education.
