About this campaign
I am saddened to pass on the news that my friend David left the planet this morning, March 3. Thank you to everyone who purchased a tee and donated to the fundraiser. It will help his girls — his wife Joanie and his daughter Rosanne — not have to think about money at this sad time. Bills are still pouring in and there will of course be final expenses. I thought of turning this off but have been encouraged to keep it going for his girls, so I will.

He was a major musical influence on me and he was a lifelong source of inspiration
Mr. Dave was a musician's musician. His innate ear and musical sensibility shone in everything he played on. Truly a one-of-kind musician and person that I had the pleasure to see perform and meet several times over the past 4+ decades. RIP Dave.
To a great musician
His playing stood out in every track he played on. Pleasure of meeting David a few years back when he played a solo show at the Triple Door in Seattle. He will be missed.
My husband and I have seen and heard Mr Dave close to 10 times and we are saddened to hear the news. He has always boosted our lives and now it is time we did the same for him.
