Live Like "Jimmy Lennox" 4th Annual Happy Hour 2024!

August 2nd is the Irish Society’s 4th Annual “Jimmy Lennox” Happy Hour! As many of you know, we lost our father Jimmy Lennox unexpectedly on April 21st 2021. He, like my sister, was unknowing struggling with an unseen illness that was discovered after his death when they confirmed he had two clogged arteries. He had seen countless doctors & none of them could get down to the bottom of what was wrong because he didn’t show your “typical” signs of someone with congestive heart failure. Our dad was loved by so many, so much so that we are now celebrating his life for the 4th summer in a row at his favorite place Wildwood, NJ in his favorite bar Keenan’s Irish Pub with an organization that he was actively involved in the Irish Society of Philadelphia.

The Irish Society of Philadelphia kindly donates a portion of the proceeds from the event to a charity of our family’s choice which is always the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Jimmy’s daughter Ashley was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension in 2014. This life threatening disease is extremely rare & because of that the medical research & expenses are astronomical. To make an even bigger impact we have decided to make t-shirts to be worn at the happy hour on August 2nd. If you can’t make it, we’d still encourage you to wear the t-shirt that day in support!

All proceeds will go towards giving back to the lifesaving work that the Pulmonary Hypertension Association is doing! Orders will be shipped to your house. All orders must be placed by July 14th to ensure that the T-shirts will be in for the #LiveLikeLennox Happy Hour on August 2nd! Join us Friday August 2nd to celebrate the amazing life of our dad Jimmy Lennox starting at 6pm at Keenan's Irish Pub in Wildwood for the The Irish Society's 4th Annual "Jimmy Lennox" Happy Hour!
