About this campaign

To honor Olivia’s beautiful spirit and support our family’s physical and emotional healing, we are launching this custom t-shirt fundraiser.• ​Supporting the Family: 100% of the proceeds from these shirt sales will go directly to our family to help cover the mounting medical bills, ongoing rehabilitation, and recovery expenses for TJ, Lila, and Sofia.
• ​The Meaning Behind the Design: The shirts feature Olivia’s name seamlessly integrated into a heartbeat line. This symbolizes her life-saving gift of organ donation and the vibrant light she continues to shine on the world.
• ​Raising Awareness: We invite you to wear these shirts to the upcoming Walk Like MADD event alongside Team #LiveLikeOlivia, or simply out in your own community. Every shirt worn helps raise critical awareness about the devastating, preventable consequences of impaired driving.

Our hearts are shattered, but our resolve to honor our sweet Olivia has never been stronger. On Father’s Day evening, our family was involved in a terrible crash on I‑75 in Perrysburg Township. A speeding, impaired driver struck our vehicle, leaving TJ, Lila, and Sofia with serious injuries, and taking 16-year-old Olivia from us far too soon.​Olivia’s light was gentle, joyful, and pure. She loved God deeply, and she showed that love in the way she cared for others. She had a unique, beautiful way of making everyone around her feel seen and special. Even in the wake of this senseless tragedy, Olivia continued to give. In her final act of immense love, she donated her organs to save other families, bringing them life and warmth just as she always did for ours.
​We are walking in the Walk Like MADD event to honor Olivia’s beautiful life, to support our dear friend Erin (a fellow survivor and MADD National Ambassador), and to fight for a future where no family ever has to experience the devastation of impaired driving.
​Please consider joining our team—either in person or virtually—or making a donation to MADD in Olivia’s memory. Every dollar raised helps MADD support victims and survivors, and funds their lifesaving advocacy work to make our roads safer.
