About this campaign
Lobby For Animals raises awareness and educates people on the issues facing animals and the environment and helps them effectively address these issues with their legislators. Lobby for Animals offers training videos, a bi-weekly legislative report highlighting current legislation throughout the United States, resource links and templates for constituent use. Lobby For Animals supplies the tools necessary and encourages all interested parties to learn about the importance of becoming proactive citizens within their communities and learn how to effectively speak up for animals and the environment that we all share.
My name is Thomas Ponce and I am the Founder and President of Lobby For Animals. I created Lobby For Animals because I believe that lobbying is a crucial part of being an effective advocate for change and is a tool that is often overlooked out of fear or a lack of understanding on how the process works. I hope to change that perspective by showing people the importance and value in lobbying and by giving them the educational tools they need to be successful.
The vision of Lobby For Animals is to see communities filled with active participants; a world where people know their individual rights and their power as citizens, as well as the power that they can have as a group, all working towards a common goal. A world where citizens utilize their knowledge and power to align our laws to reflect and bring about the changes we want in our government, our society and in our world . A societal shift from doing what has always been done and accepted, to moving forward towards change and new possibilities for future generations.
