Kitty City, established in 2016, is a free roam, cage free, self contained safe haven for disabled and FIV+ cats. Kitty City also traps and places healthy cats in permanent homes through adoption. The disabled and FIV+ cats at the Kitty City sanctuary are permanent residents. Kitty City is located in Mandan, ND and is a 501(c)3 organization making all donations tax deductible. The Kitty City organization is funded strictly through donations and has no paid employees. They rely on your donations, volunteers and fosters.​ Kitty City also donates pet food to various facilities for those experiencing temporary hardships. Kitty City is an addition to the Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue. Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue was founded by Steve and Alison Smith in 2007. Triple H not only takes in miniature equine, but full size equine, donkeys, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits and ducks. The rescue/sanctuary for many, is a last stop last chance scenario. Many of the animals would have been euthanized or abandoned if there had not been a safe place for them to go. We provide end of life care and a place to retire.
