I am an independent filmmaker station in Shreveport, LA. I am currently working on a new film called Love is Neat which will be shot in the summer of 2024. This film is crowdfunded which means it relies on the generosity of supporters just like you!

About the Film:
While the film is advertised as a romantic comedy and follows similar beats, the ending features a twist that deviates from the expectations baked into the genre. I loved watching rom-coms growing up, but I often felt defeated when my experience didn't fit the picture-perfect story. I wanted this film to portray a different, but no less happy, ending that illustrates the fact that true fulfillment comes from first loving life itself. The option for a typical rom-com ending will be present and obvious, but ultimately our main character chooses a path that doesn't end in a romantic relationship; he chooses to fall in love with life instead.

With this fundraiser we hope to grow our budget so we can get the best of the best to help bring this story to life on the big screen! Our ultimate goal is to sell 50 items and this will go towards equipment cost, crew compensation, and food for our amazing cast and crew!
