Mental health awareness and recovery is incredibly important. We focus so much on keeping up with others and worrying about how we're being perceived that we forget that it's awesome to just be ourselves. I've dealt with my own mental health issues for most of my life both, personally and also being witness to friends and family deal with their own struggles. I want to keep the conversation going. There's still a stigma attached to mental health and how it's looked at it.
