Support Lucy Sanders' Heart Surgery

Lucy Sanders was born with an Atrial Septal Defect; which is a hole in the upper chambers of her heart. Thankfully this condition causes no complications to her quality of life right now, but it is something that, if left untreated, would cause many issues in adulthood.

On October 21, 2026 she will be undergoing open heart surgery to repair the hole. There is an expected three to five day hospital stay after the surgery, with a recovery period of up to six weeks for everything to heal.
