This event is held in honor of Kathleen Mai, who courageously battled idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a devastating and progressive interstitial lung disease. Through the Kathleen Mai Scholarship Fund, her legacy continues to inspire meaningful advancements in respiratory care education and research.
