My first journey started here.
Support my journey as I continue my endeavors on the other side. As my 3rd trip to East Africa, I'll be returning to Kenya for a re-charge in nutrition, energy, learning Swahili and reporting back to my social networks and via blog on these topics of life and the pursuit of truths and happiness. These flamingo themes tours began as a nutritional journey, looking for a viable solution to my body that was suffering from digestive disorders, and testing the theory of organic food in the healing process. Ever since the first tour in 2018, it's become nothing but a journey and relationship of continual growth, understanding, and perspective.
