My name is Katie, and at the age of 25 I finally decided to stop torturing myself and start living my life. I was tired of being depressed, overweight, and feeling unworthy of living and being loved. After seeing my all-time high of weight at 317lbs, I knew it was time to make a change. The change on the outside has been amazing after losing 130lbs, but the change on the inside is what has been the most rewarding of all. The amount of confidence I have, and love I have for myself is unreal. My mission is to spread the love, and for others to realize that they too, can live a happy and healthy life!
