About this campaign

Jake's parents have constant medication, medical bills, and annual deductibles that are adding up. This fundraiser will help pay for some of those costs. Let's do what we can to make these medical bills become EXTINCT....or at least give it our best shot! This super cool (DON'T) KEEP CALM shirt will help Jake SPREAD THE WORD that KIDS GET CANCER TOO as we all help make cancer extinct!

In October 2012 (at age 4), Jacob was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. For the past year and a half Jake has been working to stomp out his cancer with treatments including surgeries, chemotherapy, medications, experimental trials and more. He's a super trooper, showing his friends and family how tough he is! He loves all things "dinosaur" and his goal is to "Make Cancer Extinct!" You can help his family get through the financial strains they are experiencing by purchasing one or more shirts from this fundraiser.
