Team SOLOS and Team LaVonn AFSP Out of the Darkness Walk for suicide prevention.

This is my family's 4th year walking for this amazing cause. We hope to be able to raise $1,000.00 for suicide prevention and awareness in 2014. All proceeds from these shirt sales will go to AFSP for suicide research and prevention. This cause is very close to our hearts. I hope you will help us to meet our goal.
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is the nation’s leading organization bringing together people across communities and backgrounds to understand and prevent suicide, and to help heal the pain it causes. Individuals, families, and communities who have been personally touched by suicide are the moving force behind everything we do. Out of the Darkness Community Walks are AFSP’s signature fundraising campaign, bringing together family, friends, colleagues, and supporters every fall, this year we will be walking in Kansas City, MO and Cape Girardeau, MO.
My family walks in memory of my beautiful mother, LaVonn Cagle, who died by suicide on May 16, 1998. We have made it our life's mission to help other loss survivors know they are not alone on this journey through suicide grief.
