About this campaign

This fundraiser is to assist Deputy Bunch and his wife Michelle with their medical bills. Michelle is a former law enforcement officer andhas been battling brain cancer for the past few years. The cancer has progressed to stage 4, she just underwent surgery to remove the tumor but they were only able to remove 30% of the tumor.

There are many people that we meet in our lifetimes that we can truly call friends. Some people are never so lucky to know this type of friendship. The kind of friend that you may not talk to for weeks but feels like you talk every day when you see them again. The kind that when you wreck a car shows up to the hospital to make fun of you in a hospital gown. The genuine caring and concern for other people that makes you smile and want to be a better person yourself. We are lucky to have friends such as this. Josh and Michelle Bunch have been married since 2009.They are truly two people that were meant for one another. They give and take and love each other unconditionally. In 2009 Michelle was diagnosed with grade 2-3 Anaplastic Glioblastoma brain tumor.Michelle being the strong person she is and Josh the loving support she needed; she was able to beat it and make an awesome recovery. In August of 2014 Michelle had a seizure just before her next checkup. She went in as planned and another tumor was discovered. She bravely underwent surgery two weeks later to remove as much of the new tumor as possible. This time she has been diagnosed with Grade 4 Astrocytoma Glioblastoma brain tumor. We are all in careers that we help others. For our friends to be going through this type of hardship and not be able to fix it for them is something that is hard to handle. The brotherhood and sisterhood of Law Enforcement runs deep.Your problem; our solution. If it were only that simple in this instance.Josh is a current LEO and Michelle was a LEO until her last tumor in 2009. The plan now is for her to undergo chemotherapy and a course of other medical treatments to attempt to shrink the tumor before radiation. The one thing that will take a little stress off of them is to make donations that go towards the mounting medical bills.Every little bit helps. Please keep our friends in your thoughts and prayers as we help them fight this! - See more at: http://www.youcaring.com/medical-fundraiser/no-one-fights-alone-/231299#sthash.7ECIi9fL.dpuf
