Sweet Kathryn Magno is not a dangerous creature or bovine farm animal. She is not inhumanely cruel or violent…but put her on the ice and Kat. Turns. Beast. 

It all started 17 years ago when ice skating turned to figure skating… joy turned to love, love turned to passion, and passion turned into speed hungry, man-eating, sharp-bladed circles around the rink.

And now, with the help of her dedicated speed skating coaches and family, she is fulfilling her speed skating dreams. However, like many elite sports—in order to be able to compete and realize her ultimate goal—she needs your financial support.

This October, the Asian Open Short Track Speed Skating Trophy will take place in the Philippines and Kat has been officially selected to represent the host country. She will be the first Filipino-American to represent the Philippines as a speed skater in history, bringing her one step closer to achieving her biggest aspiration: to represent the Philippines in the Asian Winter Olympic Games and ultimately, the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. Please help Kat reach her goal by purchasing a Team Kat Beast Mode shirt and unleash your animal instincts on the court, the field, the gym, and the taco truck—but leave the ice to Kat.
