About this campaign

One World Conservation needs your help. The Free Lucky campaign costs us time and money for each event, printing out posters, flyers, etc. Please help us by purchasing this great shirt and sharing your support in wearing it for only $20. All funds raised will go directly to the campaign.

One World Conservation picked up the Free Lucky campaign in 2008, after the death of the San Antonio Zoo’s African elephant, Alport, left Lucky alone in an exhibit that has never met her needs as a species. Now six years later, Lucky is still alone, and the zoo has been ranked the #1 worst zoo for elephants four years, making it on other lists as well for the squalor conditions in Lucky’s exhibit. If you aren’t able to share your support on the ground, this is a great way to help out and support. For more information on Lucky, visit our website at oneworldc.org.

It is our mission to garner her freedom.

I have loved elephants since I was a little girl. However, I am appalled at the conditions in which Lucky is living at the San Antonio Zoo! I hope that soon she will be on her way to the Elephant Sanctuary; she deserves it!

I don't believe any wild animal is truly happy alone without others of her kind. I want Lucky to have a chance to live out her life in a more natural environment.

Elephants don't belong in circuses and zoos or in captivity period. They deserve to be free to be with their oh so important families! Stop this ABUSE!
