A bill has been proposed to ban NYC Carriages ! Not only will this affect 100's of hard working dedicated people it will end a NYC treasure ! Please help us fight to stop the ban and get a really cool shirt doing it !!

These are not the animals that need rescuing.
My husband and I receive medical care in NYC every 3 months. We're glad the carriage drivers and horses are there - nothing beats a carriage ride in Central Park to lift your spirits. The carriage drivers and horses are iconic and a part of history.
I live in Hell's Kitchen, just by Clinton Park Stables. I have visited the stables and am a witness to the good care and health of the horses! The drivers and horses bring enormous joy, light and music to our city and must stay.
I believe the horses in New York City are safe and well treated. The government has no right to ban them without cause.
We need to keep animals in the lives of all people.
The campaign to ban the carriage horses is unjust. These are not the horses in need of rescue, these are not the people who abuse animals.
The horses and drivers are a major part of the charm of New York City!
I love horses. It is obvious that the carriage drivers love their animals and treat them well. I believe this proposed ban goes against the tenents upon which this country was founded. Shame on Mayor De Blasio!
The carriage horses are not abused and they need to work...they need a purpose, as do we all.
