About this campaign
Speak! For The Unspoken is a foster-based animal rescue based in the Columbus, OH area. Our goal is to do what we can to put an end to careless breeding that overpopulates the streets and local animal shelters. We realize that we cannot save all the pets that are left homeless, but we can make a difference. Sometimes we come across a pet that has "special needs" and our goal is to educate the public that these dogs aren't any less special than "normal" dogs. We believe that "special needs" dogs are capable of doing anything you wish as long as you provide the proper training and have the patience needed to go along with training.

If not for Speak, Madelyn and I wouldn't have met. She is my crazy joy. I wish everyone could experience the love and friendship of a dog.
I have three deaf dogs. Kanella & Dhestyn are aussies & Kamo my chi-weenie. We are volunteers for the Speak! organization!
Adopted my first double merle in '05 and as the saying goes, you can't have just one....especially if you fail at fostering as much as I do. ;)
I think this is a wonderful cause. No dog should be left behind just because they might have some disabilities.
after learning a bit about double merles, I wanted to contribute somehow… I don't think i am equipped to handle special needs dog, but am so grateful for people that can. God Bless.
In adopting Lolli, a beautiful Aussie I have made so many wonderful friends, specifically Amanda Fuller who is owned by a DM..her name is Keller and for Keller and ALL dogs like her, somebody has to stand up and say, ENOUGH
