About this campaign
We Lead Ours need to raise money to provide at risk youth living in Oakland CA with the opportunity to participate in our 2015 summer day camp program.http://www.weleadours.org/
Since the summer of 2010 WELO have provided youth from the
inner-city of Oakland California with a 5 week Career Exploration Summer Camp
where youth ages 5 to 17 come together and participate in fieldtrips to places
like: Google, CalTran, Bart, Lockheed Martin Space Center, The Oakland African
American Museum, The Oakland Museum, UC Berkeley, University of San Francisco.
What’s so amazing about these fieldtrips is that the campers do not only visit
the locations for a tour the youth participate in real-world learning
experiences with the professionals.
