Dylan's Heroes Relay for Life Team

Dylan's Heroes was established when my son, Dylan, was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2006 at age 3.  He loved dressing up as a superhero when he was little and became a true hero to us all as he battled his cancer with strength and determination. Now he is a healthy 12 year old and has taken on captaining his team, made up of his friends and their families.  Our mission is to raise awareness and funds for the campaign against cancer.  The American Cancer Society Relay for Life has been a wonderful source of inspiration and hope for our family.  Now that our son is healthy we want to give back to bring that same experience to others who are meeting the challenge of a cancer diagnosis.  While honoring cancer survivors and remembering our lost loved ones, we feel Relay for Life is a positive uniting force in the fight against cancer.  Since Dylan was a small child, he has always said, "This is the best day ever!"  This is the best day to give back and make a difference.  Thank you for supporting our team and being part of our network of heroes!
