About this campaign

Adalyn Grace Brooks was born on January 12, 2015 in Lake Charles, LA. She was born with both ventricular & atrial septal defects (VSD & ASD) and will be having heart surgery in New Orleans the week of April 20, 2015. All funds donated will help with expenses and lost wages while there.
