I love my Eli (red nose pitbull). Tied to a fence with no water but rain water in a garbage can lid. Only fed scraps of food tossed out a back door... Warned owner once. Rain pooring down I knocked on the door told them the shivering puppy was now mine. Unhooked his sorry excuse for a collar and left. We have had him for 5 years now and the love in his eyes for me and my children is pure heaven.
I have a rescue pitbull. She is my reason for standing up for this misunderstood breed. I have never had a dog that is so loving and well behaved as she is. I will forever be a pitbull advocate.
