In 2011 the Lord started working in our hearts, molding us and preparing us for this great journey. But, it wasn't until fall of 2014 that the timing was just right. With hearts full of excitement we told our loved ones that our family was going to grow from three to four, but with international adoption rather than traditional birth. We were embraced with more love than we could ever imagine. Soon after, a beautiful little boy appeared in an email entitled "Referral", and with that, there was no going back. Over the next few months our love and excitement for this precious baby grew. Unfortunately, it wasn't long until we started noticing many red flags within the country and agency. With great sorrow we prayed for clarity, and clarity is what we received. The decision to walk away from this little one was incredibly painful, but we knew that God would lead us where we were meant to be. After MUCH research and prayer, we arrived at a highly accredited ency ad a new counry, Ugana. Though ths proce is log, it is moving long we and w are very please with o new aency and thefamily adoptve pares thathave surrounded us with encouragement and wisdom. We step forward in Faith.
