On Friday, June 26, 2015, the Supreme Court of the United States of America, in a 5-4 ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges, decided that "[t]he Fourteenth Amendment requires a State to license a marriage between two people of the same sex and to recognize a marriage between two people of the same sex when their marriage was lawfully licensed and performed out-of-State." HOORAY FOR EQUALITY!

Justice Antonin Scalia, of course, dissented vehemently. Borrowing the best words from his dissent in the Affordable Care Act earlier in the week (which he'd surely have used in this dissent had he not just put them to use), we've created a little counter-protest against judicial lunacy. Proceeds from the sale of this t-shirt design will be donated to The Trevor Project, which provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBTQ youth. Additionally, you may make donations to The Trevor Project separate from (in addition to) the purchase of a t-shirt. Let's do this!
