For those of you that don't know the Schultz's, you are missing out! They are the hardest working, kindest, most compassionate people you will ever meet! Here is their story.... While expecting their 2nd baby, they found out during an ultrasoundthat the baby would have a cleft birth defect. Well, amazing baby girl Mayzee Grace entered this big world on 2/16/2015. Not only did she have a bilateral cleft lip and cleft palate, but also a much more serious heart condition (two holes in her heart). Which was very unexpected and devastating news to the family. Mayzee had her first surgery on her cleft lip at 10 weeks and her first open heart surgery at 4 months old. This is only the beginning for her. Fast forward to 8/20/15, soon after celebrating Mayzee turning 6 months old and the week of Brekka's 27th birthday, Brekka was diagnosed with invasive stage 3 breast cancer. She has since started an aggressive chemotherapy regimen with surgery and radiation to follow. As you can imagine, this amazing family's medical bills are escalating so let's help them!
