This breaks my heart that this innocent dog had to endure this...Someone needs to speak up so the person responsible pays for what he did to this poor babyl!!!! I am so sad to think what she may have been thinking and feeling when going through this
Have & love animals. Former shelter volunteer/foster home. We have gone from animal abuse to animal torture & it has to stop! Hope they catch who did this. <3
