About this campaign
The best way to increase awareness about clubfoot and the Ponseti method is to spread the word! World Clubfoot Day is celebrated annually, on or around June 3, the birthday of Dr. Ignacio Ponseti.
Jill Harold, clubfoot mother, and Betsy Miller, author of "The Parents' Gide to Clubfoot," have partnered up to write "Hip, Hop, Hooray for Brooklynn Bunny!" This isa picture book about a little bunny who loves to hop and wears super boots (a clubfoot brace) at night to help her hop straight. This book isn’t just for children with clubfoot and their parents. Brooklynn is a charcter who hasclubfoot but it oesn’t defin her. She hafun and doesinterestng things that appeal to any child or parent who likes the idea of a cute little bunny who loves to hop and doesn’t give up. As a clubfoot awareness advocate, showing support for clubfoot families and helping to spread awareness of proper clubfoot treatment is my goal. I couldn't be more proud of my daughter Brooklynn and her perseverance. I want to honor her by writing a picture book to help families with a clubfoot diagnosis.

My third child was born with bilateral clubfeet.
I have club feet.
My son was born with club foot and is now 12 with 4 surgeries under his belt, he plays baseball and basketball just like the other kids his age. Although he has pain now and then, he still pushes through!
I have twin great grandson's that were born with club feet. They are only four years old and just lost their Daddy. They are very special boys. One of the twins has one club foot and the other twin was born with both. Their surgery is in June.
My son was born with a right club foot. This is very near and dear to my heart.
My little Noah was born with left clubfoot and right metatarsus adductus! He is now 9m old :)
