We are stronger together.
It is an amazing cause to help youth feel more comfortable about their mental illnesses.
I lost my cousin to suicide and I personally deal with mental health issues. I do not believe these issues should be ignored and "shoved under the rug." Talking about mental illness/self harm will raise awareness and understanding for these things.
