Raptor Revolution Has Begun!

The number of sick and injured raptors is on the rise! In response to this increase, our team of Avian Ambassadors have decided it is time for a RAPTOR REVOLUTION.

They are mobilizing to raise funds for our wildlife hospital AND to spread the word about the actions we can take to minimize our impact and support the incredible birds of prey with whom we share the world.

Very recently, two community members did their part when they immediately pulled over to assist and rescue a Red-tailed Hawk that was struck by the fast-moving car ahead of them! The collision severed a major tendon in the bird's wing that is absolutely imperative for flight. Thanks to the revolutionaries' compassion and direct action, the hawk arrived in time to fly again. After surgery, physical therapy and flight conditioning, he was returned to the wild with his new Raptor Revolutionary friends there to cheer him on!
