Athletics has long been a means of reaching youth and rugby could provide yet another opportunity for doing so. The Charm City Knights RFC Inc. is a nonprofit organization that established its adult team as a model for what the inner-city youth in Baltimore can strive for. The club regularly includes the youth in various opportunities to learn and excel and will also expand its influential reach by working with local businesses, organizations and other companies interested in supporting similar initiatives.
