About this campaign

With the introduction of HB 110 Delaware is poised to become the 9th state to legalize cannabis for adults over 21 years old. The bill, sponsored by Representatives Keeley, Baumbach, Kowalko, Heffernan, Q. Johnson, Lynn, Osienski, Paradee, B. Short, Viola and Senators Henry, Townsend, Bonini, and Sokola will create a taxed and regulated market for cannabis in Delaware and end the failed War on Cannabis in the First State.

It's 2017 JFC get it together. Alcohol and tobacco are way worse than Mary Jane. Never hear about a man getting high and beating his wife. Now whisky on the other hand. I'm sure you get my point.

I'm a business/home owner in Wilmington DE. The passing of HB110 would mean many more jobs, better schools, treatment programs, tourism, and more prison space for serious criminals.
