About this campaign
The run/walk will begin at Doepke Park in Rib Mountain at 10am and loop around to end there as well. Breakfast will be provided before or after, your choice. A variety of prizes will be awarded. Mark your calendar for July 2, 2017. In order to register for the event, all you need to do is purchase a shirt and wear it to the park at the start! Children under 12 need not wear a shirt but any additional donations can be made the day of the race. 100% of the proceeds from the shirt sales and event will be donated directly to fund research on Adrenal Cancer. .
On 10/22/16 we all lost our daughter, sister, wife, and friend, Breanne Sleater, after her vigorous 26 month fight against adrenal cancer. Breanne under went numerous surgeries and treatments and fought bravely and valiently. Adrenal Cortical Cancer is rare and incredibly aggressive. Help us raise money to fund research to extend the lives of others currently fighting this disease and maybe we can help prevent others from losing a family member or friend. Let's run, walk, remember, and do some good in memory of our beautiful angel. Even if you are unable to attend the event, the purchase of a shirt will still provide a donation.
