About this campaign

Hamshire-Fannett High School lost their entire robotics lab in the flooding from Hurricane Harvey. Not just their robot but their tools and computers as well. They are meeting in a new location and trying to rebuild their program in time to compete this season.

First Tech Challenge is based on a concept of Gracious Professionalism. This is more than just good sportsmanship. This is helping an opponent when they need to borrow a part or a battery. This is helping an opponent when their robot's code is messed up. It is about helping others not just because you can but because it is the right thing to do.

AHS has 3 FTC robotics teams and they are using this opportunity to help out someone in need.

My DIL's father coaches a robotics team and I've heard incredible stories over the years of what it has meant to his students. I want the students at H-F HS to have this opportunity again.

If everyone chips in a little- we can all make a big difference!
