About this campaign

Our names are many and our stories are different but our diagnosis is the same - congenital heart disease (CHD). CHD affects 1 in 100 babies and we are the names to match the faces of the many here in Georgia. We believe that raising awareness can bring about funding for research that can one day bring about a cure. Many of us have teamed up to launch a shirt to raise awareness while simultaneously funding that life saving research. 100% of the profits from the sale of this shirt will be donated to The Children’s Heart Foundation - the nation’s leading non profit research organization solely dedicated to CHD research. Your purchase makes a difference!
